In the heart of the bustling spaceport, amidst the labyrinthine corridors and the whispers of secrets carried by the wind, is Pasha's Restaurant, a sanctum of culinary wonder.
Spice beckoned like a siren's call to those who craved the exquisite and the extraordinary. Within the venue’s venerable walls, the set menu is not merely a meal but an odyssey - a journey through flavours that echoed the rich, history of Sydney and the ancient lands of Türkiye. Each dish, a meticulously crafted symphony, conjured memories of sunlit bazaars, the scent of exotic spices lingering in the air, and the rhythmic cadence of belly dancing. Here, amidst the convergence of past and present, the essence of Istanbul was distilled into a singular, unforgettable experience, much like the elusive spice melange of Arrakis, promising both enlightenment and ecstasy to those who dared partake.

Selection of assorted traditional mezes served with Turkish bread,
Fried baby eggplant enhanced with garlic tomato and baby basil,
Wild vine leaves enhanced with olive oil,
Pacagna Borek - a delicate Turkish pastry with traditional goats' feta and air-dried Turkish pastrami, shallow fried,
Traditional shepherd’s salad with Turkish feta, radish and olives,
Thick carved lamb-back strap and chicken thigh pieces, and delicate meatballs served with almond rice and char-grilled vegetables enhanced with fresh mint leaves and side garlic yoghurt,
Tulumba topped with Turkish coffee and crushed pistachio, served with Turkish delights & pismaniye.

This trip will land on the little known planet called 'Darlinghurst', where its breathable atmosphere will allow you to explore historical places and the related events of the people of this little known queer culture.
After this exploration we will re-board our ship, return to the present and dust off our space suits at QTopia.
Here we can snack and partake of beverages while viewing a collection of relics of the queer culture that have been gathered from previous explorations.
Jump in your land-speeder and head to The Imperial for Bear Pit!
Start your impulse engines with DJ Jimmy Dee, then jump to hyperspace with the sounds of DJ Hamo. Build up to a reactor breach with the fabulous DJ Mark Alsop MA15+ to round out the evening.
Blast off to the heavens and prepare to join the Captain and Crew as we embark on a grand exploration for the next Great Bear - Mr Harbour City Bears! Dodge meat-eors and black holes as we explore all the talents presented by our Ursus Majors!
The hastily cobbled together spaceship for this exploration is Paddo RSL, with close-up views of the shooting stars! The crew is left to decide which of the Great Bears are good, and which one is out of this world.
Our intergalactic Bear Pride Week returns to Earth at the Townie on Sunday!
If you’ve burnt up on re-entry, or fallen into a black hole, never fear, Sundays at the Townie are a more relaxed experience. Have a drink and catch up with your new friends from around the galaxy, or have some great food from the kitchen.
